I think the journey started for this boy right from the day his mother chose his name "ANUPAM" which means no1 like him.... Looks like a street smart guy carrying some managemenrt fundas in his talks but when it comes to singing d only word which can describe him a BIT is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!! D day is not far when the world will relate their dreams, emotions, achievement...with your songs.
U dont hav 2 ask "Khuda dat where is he" (O mere khuda tu hai kaha) ;) coz hez dere in your voice... Keep Going Nair.... CHEERS!!

He was my star from the time he saw the light of the day for the first time. Was my labor pain cries more musical than his first wail?.....well, this is something i still need to figure out

As a young mother , I did not know to baby talk...so music was what filled up the gaps in our conversation.

But he displayed immense tenacity to follow his dreams right from a very young age and today he is a proof to me that if you have the urge and the drive to follow your dreams...well they will be realized.

Coming to music.....I am perhaps his biggest critic after his younger brother :-) . I make no qualms to tell him what I think about his songs and we do have a generation gap in our choice of songs.

I really wish I had the wherewithal to teach him music and train him to read and scale notes. I cannot help but imagine what heights he would have scaled with a formal schooling in music.

But his passion makes up for it all. The Junoon that he has for music overrides all formal bindings of music. Because when he sings......time stands still and the entire nature seems to suspend all its routine to listen to a star .....

Anupam.the name as i hear anywhere the songs and the guitar starts sounding in my ears....
and now he is just awsome ,getting at his best each day.
The songs are just superb, especially "CHALI GAYEE WOH" , has been my all time favourite.
I will always take the credit of being one of those few ones who have heard Anupam unplugged many a times and also...have been with him all this while.
He is the guy who never said no....to sing whenever I requested a song....irrespective of how many times he had to repeat the song......
